As with most small business owners, I take extreme pride in the esthetic room and services I have created to share with everyone.  Strangers in the beginning.....then becoming my small, little beauty family who I love and appreciate!  Even with 24 years experience in this business, I work hard to keep my prices lower than anyone in the valley.  My experience that is shared with you is fueled by my joy of doing it, not the mighty dollar....and I would like to keep it that way with your help. That being said, it is important to do your part and show up for all scheduled appointments.  I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyones life, but if you can not make your appointment, please give me the courtesy of cancelling 24 hours in advance. Not showing up at all or at the last minute hurts my business immensley, as I can not make up for those lost wages. It is impossible to fill the now vacant spot with anyone else that very second.  Up until now, I have been quite lenient with my cancellation policy....unfortunately, I will be implementing a strict 12 hour cancellation policy that is listed below.

Cancelling within 12 hours of your appointment or a NO SHOW....

Anyone who either forgets to cancel within 12 hours of their appointment or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”  You will be charged the total amount of your service for the “missed” appointment should you choose to reschedule your appointment with me.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session price.

IN CONCLUSION

At my discretion, continual violations of any of these will result in not being able to utilize my services any longer.
